Technologies like VR, AR, and interactive storytelling can enhance accessibility, attract diverse audiences, and reduce dependence on state funding. Case studies from Romania, including public-private collaborations, will illustrate how digital strategies redefine museum engagement. Participants will gain insights into fostering independent, inclusive, and future-ready museums.
